Procedure of placing the order
To order, you must follow the online shopping process and click “Authorize payment”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). Also, we will inform you via e-mail when the product is being shipped (the “Order Confirmation”).
You can modify your order before the shipping process starts.
By default, products are sent through Correos De España. If you prefer to use another company, let us know before you place your order, and we will recalculate the shipping costs according to the information provided by the shipping company of your choice. We will send your order within the prescribed period on the website, according to the method of sending certified mail products and, in any event, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order confirmation.
If for some reason we cannot meet the deadline, we will inform you of this fact and give you the option to proceed with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with full refund of the price paid.
DIANA PARÉS SALAS declines any responsibility from the moment the product is shipped. And once the buyer receives the product it will be solely the buyer’s responsibility.
Price and payment
The prices on the website include legally applicable taxes (IVA), but they do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total before you confirm your order.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders on which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.
Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, they will be added to the cart and the next step will be to process the order and pay. To place the order, you must follow the steps of the buying process, filling or checking the information each step requires. Also during the buying process, before making the payment, you can modify the data of your order.
You can use as payment Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, data from your credit card is encrypted. Once we receive your order, there will be a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are enough funds to complete the transaction.
You expressly authorize us to issue a digital invoice, if you require a physical invoice, please let us know and we will attach the invoice with the product.
Right of withdrawal: If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days counting from the day you or a third party indicated by you, (different from the carrier) has acquired the physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify DIANA PARÉS JOYAS, email firstname.lastname@example.org announcing your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement.
Effects of withdrawal
In case you want to return the product(s), without giving any reason we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of the costs of delivery.
We will proceed to carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you at the initial transaction. It will not incur any fees as a result of repayment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods and check if they are in the same conditions we initially delivered to you. If the product shows signs of use or any damage that does not allow us to further sale, we will not refund any payment that you might have incurred.
Returns defective products
In case that at the time of delivery, you consider the product does not accomplish the stipulations in the contract, you must contact us via e-mail to the address email@example.com and attach a clear-cut photo that clearly shows the damage, and we will indicate how to proceed.
In case that we confirm we are responsible for the damage, we will send a courier to your address to pick up the product. After we proceed to carefully examine the returned product we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time and ask about your preferences, whether to reimburse or replace with a same new model product with no additional cost. The refund or replacement item shall be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which we physically verify the damage of the goods.
Amounts paid for products that are returned because they are defective, will be fully reimbursed, including the costs of ordinary shipping you incurred to return it to us (note: we will not refund the additional costs resulting if you request an express shipping).
Unless otherwise expressly provided in these Conditions, our liability in connection with any product purchased on our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
