Shipping Policy

Place Order and Handling

To order, you must follow the online shopping process and click “Place Order”. Once we have confirmed the payment, you will receive a purchase notification through e-mail within 24 hrs. If you don’t receive this notification please contact us at help@dianapares.com

Your order will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days after the notification. We will inform you via e-mail when the product is being shipped. The handling is free.

You can use as payment Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, and PayPal.

To avoid the risk of unauthorized access, data from your credit card is encrypted. When we receive your order, there will be a pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are enough funds to complete the transaction.

Shipping

Free shipping for all orders over 100 EU.

Orders placed in Spain will be sent through Envialia with two modalities available:

Envialia 72 hrs: You will receive your order within the next 3 business day after shipment.

Envialia urgente: Orders placed before 1:30 pm. (Spain) will arrive the next business day before 7:00pm. Orders placed after 1:30 pm. (Spain) will be sent the next business day and will arrive one business day before 7:00 pm. (Spain)

Orders placed outside Spain will be sent through Correos de España with a flat rate of 13,75 EU. *Free shipping if your order is over 100 EU.

You will receive your order within 15-20 days. We will provide you the tracking number in the shipment notification.

If for some reason we cannot meet the deadline, we will inform you of this fact and give you the option to proceed with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with full refund of the price paid.

Responsibility

DIANA PARÉS declines any responsibility from the moment the product is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays or issues once the item has been shipped or any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales nor incorrect addresses. If you have placed your order with an incorrect address let us know as soon as possible at help@dianapares.com

 

Once the buyer receives the product it will be solely the buyer’s responsibility.
